Human beings have survived and thrived in groups for tens of thousands of years. We are the most complex communicators and sharers of information of any organism. It is due to our complex ability to communicate that we have been able to achieve so much.

What emotional barriers hinder information flow?

Emotions are vital elements of how we meet needs. However, research shows that emotions are always fundamental to how we process and share information, whether we're checking in
on tasks with a colleague or getting feedback during a review.

Rapport with others is the foundation of our shared purpose and builds community.

Thanks to the latest breakthroughs in interpersonal communications, rapport building is a skill that can be honed. During this interactive workshop, delegates will learn body language, reflective listening and language protocols for stating needs. This approach builds a connected sharing culture where information flows between parties.

Ultimately, your team can develop new levels of communication to create an effective, cohesive and emotionally intelligent working community.
