Measuring outcomes

Measuring outcomes and demonstrating the efficacy of our intervention is vital - and that’s for any tier of our training. We use emotional needs questionnaires to measure the improvements in wellbeing, and to prevent any slide into ill mental health.

When these outcome-measuring protocols are included in any one of our packages of courses and coaching, the positive impact of the program on wellbeing can be measured across your organisation. A simple online questionnaire every three or six months allows participants to rate their emotional wellbeing.

Our independent evaluation team of experienced data analysts processes the data and provides biannual reports to measure the impact of our training on your organisation’s mental health. This information can then be deconstructed to provide actionable insights to improve the mental health of everyone in your organisation.
