All living organisms rest and restore in order to function well during active periods. Athletes know that their performance is only as good as recovery, and it’s no different for the rest of us.
If we sleep well, then we can perform at our best, whatever the challenges the day brings.

The latest scientific breakthroughs in our understanding of sleep brings us closer to best practices and optimal performance during our waking phases.

During the course of this interactive workshop, delegates will explore sleep as an emotional need and as a vital resource in meeting our needs. By understanding sleep hygiene and rehearsing it during the session, delegates will give themselves the best possible chance to create the restorative and restful sleep that we all aspire toward.
